At first glance, our quartet of soups may not seem very 'French' to you. That is because we have deliberately removed their French names and kept to using English in all our menus. Each of these soups are cooked using classic French techniques, and are done in accordance with the French's tradition of using the best soup stocks and ingredients. French cuisine prides on being refined, so no chunky, irregular shaped bits are served. And no tomato seeds can be found floating in our soups either. Gasp!
