Catering Terms & Conditions
- Delivery charges of: $60 applies for live stations; $60 for buffet; $30 for drop-off buffets.
- Chef hiring charges of $60 (for 3 hours block) applies for all live stations.
- Subject to availability, crepe chef can be hired for $30 per hour/per chef, should your party not end within the three-hour duration for our live stations.
- A surcharge applies for events that fall on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year Day & Chinese New Year period: $35 for live stations and buffets, and $20 for drop-off buffets.
- A surcharge applies for events that fall on other public holidays and eve of public holidays: $25 for live stations and buffet, and $10 for drop-off buffets.
- The last order for live stations and buffets is at 10:00 pm (Late collection charge of $50 for events that end after 10pm/ $100 for events that end after 11pm)
- There will be a surcharge of $50 per hour for events that ends after 12am(midnight)
- There will be an early delivery surcharge of $50 for events that start before 8:30 a.m. and $80 for events that start before 7:30am
- CBD surcharge of $10 for events within CBD/ERP area.
- A surcharge of $15 per level will be levied for venues without lift access.
- If there's a change in venues without lift access during delivery or if no prior information was provided for venues without lift access, a surcharge of $20 per level will be charged.
- A cancellation charge of 50% of the total invoiced amount will be levied for events cancelled 48 hours before the event.
- No refund will be made if order is cancelled on the day of the event itself.
- No refund will be made if order is cancelled after changes or rescheduling of booking date.
- For buffet orders, table set up, chafing dish warmers and full set of disposable cutlery are included.
- For drop-off buffet, food will packed in microwaveable containers/ aluminium trays. No tables & food warmers will be provided. Full set of disposable cutlery and serving utensils are included.
- All prices are subjected to prevailing GST.
- Food pictures are for illustrative purposes only.
- Pre-event site visit are chargeable @ $50/visit
- An email and invoice will be sent to you for confirmation once order has been processed. Please check and inform us if there are any discrepancies with the invoice/email. Should we not receive any response from you within three (3) working days, it is understood that everything is considered true and correct.
- Saybons/French Food Factory reserves the right at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions, at any time.
