- Saybons/French Food Factory ("We", "Us" or "The Company") reserves the right at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions, at any time.
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subjected to GST.
- Food pictures are for illustrative purposes only.
- Saybons will not be held liable for any delays in reply/confirmation due to wrong information provided in the order forms (e.g email address, contact number, delivery/venue/billing address).
- Confirmation email(s) and invoice(s) will be sent to you via email within 3 working days after you have submitted your order. Kindly check your junk/spam mail as our email may end up there.
- If you've check your email/junk mail and have not receive our confirmation email, kindly contact us via email at [email protected] or Whatsapp our catering number 97876841.
- Once you have received the confirmation email, please check and inform us if there are any discrepancies in the invoice(s)/email.
- Once you have confirmed that the details stated in the invoice(s)/email are correct, please make payment by following the instructions stated in the email or invoice(s) to confirm your booking.
- We reserve the rights to cancel your booking/order if we receive no response from you after 7 days from our initial confirmation email or if no payments are made to confirm your order after the conveyed payment dateline.
Delivery charges & Festive period surcharges
- Delivery charges of: $90 applies for live stations; $120 for buffets.
- A surcharge applies for events that fall on other public holidays and eve of public holidays: $45 for live stations and buffets.
- A surcharge of $15 per level ( 10 steps) will be levied for venues without lift access.
- If there's a change in venues without lift access during delivery or if no prior information was provided for venues without lift access, a surcharge of $20 per level will be charged.
- Pre-event site visit are chargeable @ $50/visit.
Chef Charges for Live Stations
- Chef hiring charges of $90 (for 3 hours block) applies for all live stations.
- There will be a surcharge of $30/chef for our chef's transport to report early at venue by 7.30am.
- Live stations standard duration is 3 hours, or when the food is finished, whichever is earlier.
- Subject to availability, crepe chef can be hired for $30 per hour/per chef, should your party not end within the three-hour duration for our live stations.
Early Delivery & Late Collection Charges
- The last order for live stations and buffets is at 10.00 pm (Late collection surcharge of $50 after 10.00pm and $100 after 11.00pm).
- There will be a surcharge of $150 per hour for collection after 12am(midnight).
- There will be an early delivery surcharge of $50 before 8:30am and $100 before 7:30am.
- For orders submitted via our order form; An invoice will be sent to your email once your order has been processed.
- Payment details will be provided in the invoice and in the email.
- For orders via our E-store; payment can be made via either Bank Transfer, PayNow, Credit Card or Paypal.
- All payment are to be made in full to confirm your booking.
- Please ensure that payments are made in full within 3 working days from receiving the invoice/invoice date.
- We are unable to provide credit terms for first time corporate bookings/orders.
- Credit terms can be requested for subsequent orders for corporate bookings (subjected to management approval).
- If payment has not been received after 3 working days from receiving the invoice/invoice date, your booking will be released
Cancellation of bookings
- A cancellation charge of 50% of the total invoiced amount will be levied for events/ bookings cancelled within 3 days before the event.
- An administrative charge of 5% will be levied for all cancellation of events/ bookings to process refund of payment.
- No refund will be made if order is cancelled on the day of the event itself.
- No refund will be made if order is cancelled after changes or rescheduling of booking date.
Setup & Cutleries
- For buffet orders, table set up, chafing dish warmers and full set of disposable cutlery are included.
- For drop-off buffet, food will be packed in microwaveable containers/ aluminium trays. No tables & food warmers will be provided. Full set of disposable cutlery and serving utensils are included (unless otherwise stated in the product description).
- Party platters/pack does not include any disposable cutlery or serving utensils.
- You would need to provide us with a dedicated power socket (13amp) for our electrical stove for live stations. Please ensure that the power socket is not shared with any other electrical equipment as this will cause a power trip that may result in your event/party being delayed and/or cancelled, and we will not be held liable for such delay, cancellation and any damage(s) caused by the power trip. (Each chef will use 1 stove for the live station, each stove will require 1 dedicated power outlet/electricity point.)
- The chefs will usually arrive within 10-15 minutes before the stated start time of the event for set up purposes. Please note that this timing is an estimate and does not constitute a promise that the chefs will be at the venue at the exact time. There may be delays to the arrival timing due to circumstances beyond our control such as; not limited to; weather conditions, traffic conditions and vehicle breakdowns and other causes.
- For Buffets, food has to be consumed within 2.5 hours from stated time due to Singapore food safety regulations. Our staff/driver will teardown/collect the buffet set up/chaffing dishes after 3 hours from stated delivery time.
- For party platters , food has to be consumed within 2 hours from stated time due to Singapore food safety regulations.
