HOW DOES THE LIVE PASTA BAR WORK?

To ensure speedy cooking, all pasta bases will be pre-cooked, including the sauces. Our Chef will bring various ingredients for your guests to customize and will cook the pasta a-la minute upon your guests' request.

YOUR FUNCTION ROOM DOES NOT ALLOW COOKING? WE HAVE A SOLUTION!

We use electric stoves and, as such, there is no open fire. We've done many events held in air-conditioned function rooms and have not encountered any problems. Alternatively, we can also pre-cook the pastas & sauces at our central kitchen and deliver the pastas with set-up and chef to your venue! Our chef will be at your venue to assemble the final pasta dishes.
