Q: Are all products on the E-Store halal certified?
A: Yes, all our products are now produced in our halal certified factories.
Q: I just placed my order, how long does it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
A: Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day. Your order will usually be delivered on your selected/preferred delivery day/time slot.
Q: Discount codes & promotions?
A: Discount codes and promotions are usually announced on our Instagram page @saybonssg or facebook page @saybonssg. Do follow us on instagram and facebook to keep up with the latest news and promotions. Subscribe to our mailing list as well as! Saybons followers and subscribers are always the first to be notified on any news and promotions!
Q: Does your party platters come with disposable cutlery, plates, napkins and soup cups?
A: No, our party platters does not include disposable cutlery, plates, napkins or soup cups.
Q: I've ordered both the mini buffets and party platters, are disposable cutlery, plates, napkins and soup cups provided?
A: Disposable cutlery, plates, napkins and soup cups provided are only based on Mini buffet ordered and does not include extra sets for the party platters.
Q: What type of payments do you accept on your E-Store?
A: Currently, we are only able to accept payments via Credit Card( Paypal) or via Bank Transfer/Paynow on our E-store
Q: I just placed my order, what's next?
A: Great! You should receive a confirmation email shortly if you placed your order and made payment via Paypal/Credit card and our team will be processing your order for delivery within the next couple of days. You will also receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
Q: I just placed my order for Art Jamming, what's next?
A: If you have selected paypal during checkout and payment is successful, your booking will be automatically confirmed. If you have selected paynow as your preferred payment method, please made payment as soon as possible and send us the payment screenshot by either whatsapp or email and our team will verify and send you a confirmation notification. (Please indicate order number as reference when making payment via paynow/bank transfer for quicker verification)
Q: I've submitted by booking with payment already made. Does this constitute a promise that my booking is reserved?
Due to limitations to the current booking system, there are no option for us to limit number of bookings available per day/time slot. As such, all bookings are based on "First Come First Serve" basis.
In the case where we are fully booked for a specific day or time slot and you have already submitted a booking for that day, our team will contact you to arrange for a new booking date/day or time slot.
Q: I've selected payment by Bank Transfer/Paynow during check out, what's next?
A: If you have selected payment via Bank Transter or Paynow, please make payment by following the on screen instruction stated on the check out page, you should also receive a automated confirmation email shortly. Please note that your order will only be processed for delivery after payment has been made.
To ensure that our team are aware that payment has been made so they can get your order processed , please send the screenshot of the completed transaction or payment receipt to 9787 6841 (via whatsapp) with your Order number or send the screenshot by replying to the order confirmation email. Our team will get in touch with you to confirm your order.
Q: I am ordering for my company, do you accept credit terms?
A: We are unable to accept orders with credit terms via our E-store. If you wish to order for your company or for corporate related events, please contact us via whatsapp @ 9787 6841or email [email protected].
