French Food Factory P/L("we" or "the company") reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions or Policy at any given time without prior notice.

Delivery
Refunds/Exchange
General
- All products and services listed on our website/E-store are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- All prices listed are subjected to GST. (unless otherwise stated)
- You are required to provide your email address and contact number when submitting your order, in which you agree that you are aged 18 years old or above or have obtained consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
- When you are submitting your order, you are required to provide us with accurate, complete and updated information.
- When submitting your order, kindly ensure that all products selected are correct, in the correct quantity/size before checking out. We will not be held liable in the event where the wrong products are selected, duplicated orders are placed resulting in wrong products being delivered.
- The system will generate an email to the email address provided once order has been placed to confirm that we have received your order. Such confirmation does not constitute a promise that your order will be delivered.
- We reserve our rights to cancel the order at our sole discretion if;
- there are insufficient stock to deliver the product(s) ordered.
- products listed contains error(s) such as; pricing, description, ingredients.
- Art Jamming session on specific day/time slot is fully booked - Special requests; we will try our best to fulfill your special requests. Please note that this is request and does not constitute a promise that your requests will be fulfilled.
Delivery
- We will deliver the product(s) ordered by you to the delivery address provided. Please ensure that the delivery address provided are Full & Complete. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed or unsuccessful delivery.
- If you have instructed us or a third-party delivery provider to leave your items outside the door or at other areas, any missing items under such circumstances shall be at your own risks.
- In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you agree and accept that we are entitled to charge you an additional delivery charge for re-deliveries.
- Delivery requests; If you have indicated your preferred delivery time, our drivers will try to get your order delivered at the indicated timing if traffic, weather and schedule allows. Please note that this is a request and it does not constitute a promise that your order will be delivered at the request time.
Refunds/Exchange
- We strictly do not allow refunds or exchanges for;
- Change of mind/interests
- Incorrect order submitted due to personal error
- Cancellation of order/reservation on the day of delivery/booking (e.g Art Jamming reservations)
- No show for reservation on the day of booking/reservations for Art Jamming sessions
- if order is cancelled after changes or rescheduling of booking/delivery date - It is your responsibility to check the item(s), quantity and quality of the delivered order. Any issues or discrepancies should be reported within 3 working days from the date of delivery. Issues reported after the mentioned dateline may or may not be entertained based on the company's sole discretion.
- We will only allow refunds for;
- Missing item(s) in the order
- Order not delivered
- Wrong item(s) delivered
- Issues with item(s) delivered (defects, spoiled, broken)
- Order is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, insufficient stock/raw materials, traffic conditions or other causes)
- Cancellations more than 48 hours from delivery/booking date (subjected to 3% finance charge from total invoiced amount/bill)
- Finance charge of 3% of the total invoiced amount will be levied for cancellation of orders/bookings - Please send an email to [email protected] and attached clear picture(s) of all products or items received and indicate your order number. (order number starts with #, e.g #132)
- For items that are spoiled or have defects, please include a clear picture of the expiry/batch number tag
- Your case will be reviewed by our team and arrangements will be made with you at your convenient date/time for any exchange/return(s) or re-deliveries. Please note that are you required to return the item(s) in the same condition as delivered to you. We will not accept any item(s) with signs of usage or damage.
